Enrolment Applications

Parents / Guardians,

We are now accepting applications for the 2021/22 school year.

As part of the enrolment process, we ask that you please complete all the relevant forms and return them to the school no later than 29th January 2021.

Each completed application form must be accompanied by: 

  1. Two PASSPORT PHOTOS of your child for our school records
  2. Copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  3. A copy of utility bill in your name with your postal address

 

In this section, you will also find a number of consent forms which must be signed and returned to the school as part of the enrolment process.

Please read the relevant policies in this section of the website and ensure you have signed the consent / declaration forms relating to them and returned these also.
